Justin Bieber Won’t Be Charged With Battery Against Paparazzo
In May, Justin Bieber was with Selena Gomez just outside of a mall in Calabasas called The Commons. Justin was blocked in by the paparazzo's car intentionally and that apparently caused a scuffle.
A lawyer on the scene at the time told the paparazzo that if he caused a stink about the incident, there was money in it. So he called 911 and had an ambulance come and cart him off to the emergency room. By that time, Justin and Selena had already left the area.
The snapper complained of pain in his torso, but that was nothing compared to being the guy who got his butt handed to him by Justin Bieber.
The paparazzo filed a police report calling out Justin as the culprit for the beat down. They investigated the incident as a misdemeanor battery case. According to reports, Justin will not be charged with beating up the snapper.
The D.A.'s office said that they are not pursuing criminal charges against Justin because of a lack of evidence and the conflicting witness reports. Celebrity justice or is the photographer just a wimp?
