Amanda Bynes’ April Hit And Run Case Re-Opened
Amanda Bynes might not know it yet, but she is so screwed!
The C-list (D?) actress really screws herself every time she climbs behind the wheel of a car. Now, we've learned that her April hit-and-run case has been re-opened by the L.A. City Attorney's office. Apparently because it wasn't an isolated incident, they are looking into the case once more.
In case you've forgotten (read: she's forgettable), Amanda also had another hit-and-run earlier this month. In April, Amanda was said to have rear-ended a BMW and took off. She was driving a rental car, but the City Attorney threw the case out because there wasn't a third party there to call her out as the guilty party.
Now that she's becoming Lindsay Lohan 2.0, everyone is putting her driving record under a microscope. Rightfully so, this girl is going to kill someone. And doesn't it seem weird to anyone else that her BMW was torn up recently?
Amanda was accused of hit-and-run again on August 4th and the prosecutors are re-opening her previous hit-and-run case, likely because they're sensing the Pattern Of The Lohan™. As a result, Amanda could be charged with two misdemeanor hit-and-runs. Both charges carry a maximum sentence of six months in the pokey, each. That's all on top of her "alleged" DUI, of which she has already pleaded not guilty.
HIRE A FREAKIN' DRIVER. That is all.
