George Michael Speaks About The Illness That Nearly Took His Life!
Singer George Michael nearly ended up on the list of Celebrities past this year when he was rushed to a hospital in Vienna and diagnosed with a serious case of pneumonia. He was recently released from the hospital and is now home still recovering of course and he spoke to reporters for the first time today since the condition took him down.
He feels incredible fortunate that his life was spared and that the doctors and nursing staff in Vienna were skillful and no doubt imperative to saving him. He also feels that someone upstairs must think he still has work to do before he goes and he is going to take this opportunity to be grateful for all he has been given including this second chance.
According to Georges' account of the hospital stay he suggested that he was in a coma during his time in the ICU and spent the last 10 days there while he was actually awake thanking everyone for saving his life.
He also feels terrible that he had to cancel the rest of his concert tour and once he is completely back on his feet he is going to find a way to make this up to every ticket holder out there including playing for the hospital staff at Vienne for saving his life.
TMZ has the footage of George addressing them about his illness.
It appears George Michael witnessed his very own Christmas Miracle this year!
