Angelina Jolie's Bad Side Belongs To Brad

"I'm still a bad girl. I still have that side of me. It's just in its place now. … It belongs to Brad."

Angelina Jolie's public image may have settled down, but she's still got a wild side reserved for Brad Pitt's eyes only. I find this sentiment super hot and romantic because it suggests that while Jolie has grown up and mellowed out, the part of her that was genuinely "bad" — and not just acting out for attention's sake — is still alive and well. She just chooses reserves it for someone with whom she shares real, all-encompassing intimacy.

Angelina also says in this upcoming interview with "60 Minutes" (airing Sunday) that she lucky to have survived her younger, wilder days.

"I went through heavy, darker times and I survived them. I didn't die young, so I'm very lucky. There are other artists and people who didn't survive certain things. … I think people can imagine that I did the most dangerous and I did the worst, and for many reasons I shouldn't be here. You think of those too many times where you came close to too many dangerous things, too many chances taken too far."

When pressed, Angelina wouldn't go into specifics about what kind of "things" she survived that others didn't. There have been, of course, rumors that Jolie had dabbled in heroin in her younger years, though it's never been confirmed. Regardless, Jolie's name is only ever in the (legit) press these days for two things: her work with the United Nations and various charitable organizations, and her film career. While I wouldn't mind knowing more about that wild side Pitt gets to see, kudos to Jolie for leaving danger in the dust.
