Dr. Conrad Murray Isn’t Testifying In Michael Jackson Case
The defense has officially rested its case in the Michael Jackson manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray. So it's official — he will not be taking the stand in his own defense.
It was said that his main lawyers were at odds as to whether or not to let him speak at his own trial, but his lead attorney, Ed Chernoff won out. So Dr. Murray is remaining silent and has let his recorded interview with the police speak for him.
I can't say that I blame them, it's not really looking good for the doctor. And letting him testify would only allow the Prosecution their cross examination — and they would crucify him.
Still, I think he's guilty and hope that he has to serve some jail time! What do you think?
