A photo of Michael Jackson dead, and laying on a hospital gourney with an endotracheal tube hanging out of his mouth, was shown to jurors in the wrongful death trial of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Murray's defense team also played an audio recording of Michael rambling and slurring his words while he was high as a kite about 2 weeks before he died.

This is the most lifelike Michael looked in the past 20 years.
